twenty-third - twenty-seventh.

the past few days have been full of family, and i mean the wholeee family. well, at least the local whole family, haha. sometimes these people really irritate me, but at the end of the day, they're still family. family dinner & sleepover on the twenty-third, cousin hangout day on the twenty-fourth, vegas on the christmas, & back home last night. & soon to be new year's eve party with the cousins. so much to talk about, haha.

sooo starting with the 23rd. uncle had his first annual christmas party for all his students/clients & the family was just kinda there for show. freaking karaoke was deafening. ginormous camera was blinding. & party was just damn boring. haha but hey, free food. then again, even that wasn't that great. thenn sleepover at lauren's.

24th; spent the day with my cousins. watched avatar (: freaking imax was sold out so we settled for 3-D, which was still pretty damn good. went to target for some cheap food to sneak in & got there kind of late so we were stuck in the first row. maaaaaaan, my neck hurt like heck after the movie was over & some idiot kicked me in the head with his humungo foot. headache + neckache = boohoo jennifer. thennn we went back to lauren's for secret santa. got my brown boots! (: so happy. haven't gotten a chance to wear them out yet, buuut i will soooon!

25th; woke up freaking early to do some last minute packing & took off for vegas. so i'm like half asleep with my cozy pillow when i spotted some idiots staring at me in traffic. suddenly the traffic started to pick up and one of the idiots FLASHED me & sped off <-- thefckkk!? got there around noonish & went straight for the outlet while the parents did some gambling. haha sucks they took out the forever21 though :/

26th; took a double decker bus for the first time on the strip. stupid thing moves soo freaking slow. but hey, it beats walking six blocks.

27th; went to urban again & some other malls. aunt did most of the shopping. parents went home & i stayed an extra day with my cousin & her fam. day one of my aunt's slot tournament [thought she might win with her high score]. SAW BOYSIIMEN! [featuring salt & pepper] for gosh sakes s&p took forever. it was more like.. salt & pepper featuring B2M. the sound was horrible but i could still make out a few songs. the dang arena was too echo-y. some crazy girls in front of us started like... pole dancing. there were some pretty whacky people in there.

28th; stopped by urban a third time while my aunt went for day two of the tournament [lost hope for that $20,000 grand prize. haha]. finally came home around 12 am & just slept over again 'cause we were all too tired.

29th; HOME SWEET HOME! getting some shots though :/

being in vegas really makes me appreciate cali weather. when you think of nevada, you think of blazing hot sun... eeeeh, WRONG! so damn cold up in there. buuut the shopping was worth the cold. running around kinda warmed me up, haha. got two dresses from urban & a dress from kenneth cole. i'm pretty satisfied (:

friday after school; hung with pauliner.
saturday afternoon; jimimi's baby showerish thing.
sunday day; christmas shopping & seafood dinner.
monday evening; tennis banquet with the lovely ladies.
tuesday day; volunteering, 7/11 with sonya & exchangd gifts.
wednesday evening; uncle's christmas dinner party + sleepover with cousin.
thursday day; xmas eve, secret santa, cousin hangout day & big family party.
friday morning; taking off for vegas - staying at primm.
saturday day; heading into actual vegas for some shopping & shhhtuff.
sunday morning; heading home.
monday morning; movie day with the girls? I WANNA SEE 'IT'S COMPLICATED!'
tuesday; free.
wednesday; free.
friday; free.
saturday & sunday; homework filled days. POOO! :/

a little after twelve.

this was probably the latest shower i've ever taken. i usually prefer taking long hot baths when i'm stressed buuut seeing as though i'm on a time budget & i'm out of bubble bath, i settled for a shower. so much homework, & hardly any time this weekend to do it all. the warmth still relaxed my nerves though. i'm not looking forward to tomorrow at all. i didn't even get to do my christmas shopping yet. gaaaaah. hale chapter presentation tomorrow and i swear, that lady is out to get me. maybe there'll be a miracle and i'll manage to bs my way through that thing without being too embarrassed. i also have a history test & some other ish due for english that i completely forgot about and don't even care about at this point. this is going to be one hell of a week. serving that two hour detenton for that damn detention. did i mention how much i hate dress code sweeps? TWO HOURS. FIRST OFFNSE. WTFAAAACK MAN. & christmas shopping. 400 point math test <-- i WISH was exaggerating. & i'm sure there'll be some nasty surprises waiting for me. maaan, i wish school came with passes, kinda like homework passes. seems lke i already have senior-itis... & i've still got a pretty long way before i get there.
