busy busy weekend [ kind of a three in one blogger ]

finally able to take a breather & blog it up (: sooo... i've pretty much been bored out of my mind for the past week or so but the past two days have been plain nuts. woke up eaaarly on friday to head over to my cousin's house because my mom & her mom were making banh xeo 'cause my grandma was craving it. <-- if you're viet & if i spelled that right, you should know that stuff is worth waking up early for. it's like a vietnamese omlet/pizza-ish thang! sooo.. i threw on any old outfit 'cause i thought i was just going there to eat & coming right back home. but once i got there, there was a bit of change in the plans... i ended up going shopping with my cousin & aunt at the new forever & stayed the night. fun stuff + good sales --> happy jenny! hehe. that gigantic yet lovely store was full of 1234567890 thangs & i only walked out with one... it's cute, it's a dress/tunic, it has a bit of crocheting in the back, it's blue, & best of all... it was ONLY FIVE BUCKS!.. can you believe it? haha. AND NO, IT'S NOT UGLY. it's just kind of sad how my aunt & grandma decided to give me birthday money AFTER we went shopping. it's kaay though, i'm more than satisfied with the gifts. PLUS, i probably would've spent it all. BUT i'm getting better at the whole self-control thing [especially since i only came outta there with one thing].

it's fourth of july folks! when i finally got back to my house i thought i'd be planless for the day, but luckily... dadaa saved me once again (: i haven't been to a baseball game since i was like six or seven or eight... eeh age isn't important. all i remember from that one was falling asleep at the first and only one i've ever been to & waking up to pretty fireworks. i managed to stay awake for this one & actually got the gist of what was going down. the steps are freaaaakin' STEEP man! felt like i was gonna trip over the dude in front of me. then these little brats started shooting their mini water guns toward us. this lady & i were like dogging each other until she realized it was those brats. maaan... i thought someone was like spitting on me or something. ANYWAYS, it was fun. different from the usual day things i'm used to. PLUS i got to see my girls again (: && the fireworks were mesmerizing up close-ish. we thought it was gonna end like four times but then BAMMM more keep shooting right up. after the game sonyabonya & i walked bex&p.vee out to bex's car before we met up with our ride. turns out... the stadium has sooooooooooooo many parking spaces & they kinda sorta lost the car, hah. BUT we weren't the only lost peeps, so it's all good. had a few false alarms thinking we finally found it... but we did eventually find it. i feel bad about being in such a pissy & blue mood. SORRY DADAA! i'll make it up next time, i promise. i sweaaar... pauline's bluntness has rubbed off on me.

happy july fifth everyone! so i came home yesterday & felt super cold... then super hot... but no temperature. is it possible to have a fever without actually having a fever? & NO IT'S NOT SWINE FLU, PAULINE. i think this kinda justifies my down/blue-ness yesterday. i was too cold this morning to even get out of bed. i love my warm cozy blanky! i eventually got the guts to get out of my bed though.... at like one... thirty...haha. alright, maybe it wan't guts. i just needed to go pee. came down & found out my parents brought home korean bbq from the party they went to last night though (: korean bbq.... yum. made little old me super happy. i've been craving that stuff for thee longest time... you don't even know. well... if you've seen my status updates on aim, you might kno. haha

aaah SAT tutoring tomorrow for TWO hours. gahdaaang! one hour's enough for my poor little brain. i kinda feel like quitting. my case of summer fever's gotten too out of hand... no comprendo this crap !
